Examination Guidelines

Kindly note:

• The duration of the test will be 60 minutes for classes II & III, 40 minutes for Classes IV – V and 1: hrs. for classes VI – XII.
• Syllabus for the Periodic Test will be given one week in advance.
• Students must carry required stationery like pens, pencil, scale, geometry box etc
• Students must work on the presentation, handwriting and margins etc. They should write neatly, avoid cutting, draw and label the diagrams neatly and avoid spelling errors.

• Reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Wear the complete school uniform and carry your school ID card.
• Bring all necessary stationery such as pens, pencils, eraser, ruler, and geometry box. Sharing of materials is not allowed.
• Read the question paper carefully before attempting the answers.
• Write your Name, Roll Number, Class, and Section correctly wherever required.
• Maintain complete silence and discipline throughout the examination.
• Do not use any unfair means. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (unless permitted), or electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
• Raise your hand if you need any assistance from the invigilator.
• Manage your time wisely and attempt all questions as per the instructions.
• Keep your answer sheet neat and write in clear, legible handwriting.
• Do not leave the examination hall without the permission of the invigilator.
• Ensure that you have attached all supplementary sheets (if any) before submitting your answer booklet.
• Submit your answer sheet only after checking that all required details are complete.
• Students must follow all instructions given by the invigilator and school authorities.
• Any violation of examination rules may lead to disciplinary action.
